The Centre has a 30 year track record of working with a wide range of tenants federations, tenants associations and community campaigns and alliances.
We can help you to:

- Prepare alternative community plans and proposals

We have recently worked with the following organisations:
Stonebridge Tenants Advancement Committee, Brent – providing procurement and contract advice for two years on a large regeneration project.
Communities for Partnership in Action (IMPACT), Sheffield - research, interviews and a report on low pay and the living wage in Sheffield.
Liverpool Tenants Federation – training in the procurement process to enable the Federation to be fully involved in the selection of tenant’s advisers in the options appraisal and stock transfer processes.
Residents Action Group for the Elderly, Birmingham – three major studies and impact assessments on future options for residential care homes in the city which included a survey of user, community and staff views.
Doncaster Tenants and Residents Federation - joint training for tenants representatives and elected members at Northern College on community based housing management forums and housing options appraisal.
Newcastle Tenants Federation – preparation of a manifesto for the improvement of council housing and advice on options appraisal.
Community Organisations, Scotswood, Newcastle – training and advice on procurement process for the west end Going for Growth regeneration area.
Fatima United Group and St Michaels Estate, Rialto, Dublin – advice on PPP for regeneration of several estates.
